Staré Kladruby horse breeding was established in the Dobrovský horse-breeding farm in Vracov in October 1986 when the first two two-year old mares were brought from Slatiňany. However, they did not meet the required quality, therefore were sold and again, another two mares were bought that did meet the strict criteria of our breeding purpose.

24 studmares are currently included in our breed (13 black, 11 white). The B, E, F, M, S, and R families are represented in the breed of the mothers of the black mares. There are the A, E, and R families in the breed of the white mothers.

We also own 3 studhorses. Sacramoso Romana XLVI – a blackhorse, Sacramoso Espina XLI, Favory Parma XII – whitehorses.

New-born colts enjoy their horse childhood in the pastures. They are independent breeds of little studs and mares. When reaching the age of 3, the saddle and chariot training begins. Selected studs and mares take a performance test and after passing it they are included in the breed.

We offer for sale horses from the age of 6 months.
